Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only to Sofket’s subscription plans. Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided premium features were not used extensively.


Non-Refundable Plans

No refunds are issued for expired or partially used plans.


Third-Party Transactions

Sofket does not process or control payments between buyers and sellers. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for software bought directly from a seller.


Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Sofket support. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.


Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access remains active until the billing cycle ends.

At Sofket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or not as described
  • There is a critical technical issue not disclosed in the product description
  • The product cannot be accessed or used after multiple support attempts

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review by our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully delivered software and digital goods
  • Custom software development services
  • Product inspection or testing services
